Welcome to Irina’s Cleaning – Home in Line. By using our website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & quotes. Website content is for general information. Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and may change after an on-site assessment.
2. Scheduling & cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Missed appointments may incur a fee.
3. Preparation. For accurate cleaning (Standard/Deep/Move-In/Out), please secure pets and remove excess clutter. We don’t move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.
4. Scope. Standard cleaning includes dust removal (dry wipe) only; Deep and Move-In/Out include specified wet cleaning as listed on our Services pages.
5. Guarantee. If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
6. User conduct. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to breach security, or scrape content without permission.
7. Intellectual property. Site content and branding belong to Irina’s Cleaning – Home in Line.
8. Disclaimers. We provide the site “as is”, and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to site use.
9. Privacy. Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
